    (877) 754-0687 Doug Joined the Midwest Dental Support Center team in 2014 as Vice President of Development. In addition to leading the Development team he oversees practice integrations. Doug has a successful track record of building and developing strong sales organizations, operational improvement, and market planning. Most recently, Doug was Director of Market Planning at The Schwan Food Company where he oversaw strategic growth development and market strategy. Doug’s background includes mergers and acquisitions, de novo growth, and operational improvement initiatives. He obtained his B.S. in Finance from St. Cloud State University and M.B.A from the University of St. Thomas. Doug enjoys activities with friends and family, golf, and sports.

    (440) 520-1004 George manages our practice transition program in Kentucky, Ohio and Pennsylvania. He has a background in group practice development, including practice transitions, doctor recruiting and new construction for general and specialty dental practices. Prior to that, George served as a territory manager for First Pacific Dental, a provider of practice management solutions for general dental practices. Born and raised in Ohio, George is a graduate of the College of Wooster, where he received a B.A. in Communications Studies. George is an avid sports fan. He played baseball in college and is a fan of the Browns, Cavaliers, Indians and THE Ohio State.

    (913) 871-8040 Mark manages our practice transition program in Kansas, Missouri, Nebraska, and New Mexico, working directly with practice owners and their advisers. He has a strong business development background which includes running successful start-ups in the golf and real estate industries for more than 10 years. He spent the past three years with Henry Schein Dental as a Field Sales Consultant, where he specialized in helping practices become more efficient and profitable to deliver the highest standard of care to their patients. Born and raised in northeast Kansas, Mark is a graduate of Kansas State University in Manhattan, Kansas, where he received a B.A. in Marketing & International Business. He enjoys golf, basketball and his hometown Royals and Chiefs!

    (715) 598-9133 Dave manages our practice transition program in Wisconsin, Minnesota and Iowa. Dave works with practice owners weighing their exit strategies from retirement to simply shedding management responsibilities. Dave joined the organization in January 2010 with a background in real estate and public accounting focusing on consulting. He is a graduate of the University Wisconsin-Eau Claire with degrees in Finance and Accounting. Dave is also a CPA. Dave enjoys many outdoor sports including hunting, fishing, skiing, running and golf.

    Mike manages our practice transition program in New York, Massachusetts, Connecticut and New Hampshire. Mike has a diverse background in operations, finance and practice development. Most recently, he lead development finance for VetCor, a leading operator of Veterinary practices in the eastern U.S. Mike began his career as an Analyst and Manager in the financial development program at UPS. Born and raised in the Greater Boston Area, Mike is a graduate of the University of Massachusetts in Dartmouth, where he received a B.S. in Marketing, and Babson College in Wellesely, Massachusetts, where he received his M.B.A. He and his wife live in the Greater Boston Area, where he enjoys running, golf, travel and his hometown Celtics, Patriots, and Red Sox.

    David manages our practice transition program in Michigan, Indiana, and Illinois. He has an extensive knowledge of many aspects of the dental practice including operational outsourcing, practice consulting, software integration and capital equipment purchasing. Prior to joining Midwest Dental, David served as a Regional Sales Manager for On-Site, Inc., a provider of cloud based software solutions for large property management operators. Additionally, he has held dental sales and management roles for First Pacific Corporation, Henry Schein Dental and Patterson Dental. Born and raised in Michigan, David spent 20 years in Chicago before returning to Michigan 3 years ago to raise his children in a setting he and his wife remember fondly. David and his family enjoy spending time on and around Lake Michigan and Western Michigan. He enjoys kayaking, paddle boarding, snow skiing, biking with the kids and taking peaceful walks with his dog, Vern.

    Jo Anne Millar

    Director, Integrations
    Jo leads the planning, development and implementation of our Integrations Team. She defines integration strategies and oversees project management for both acquired and de novo practices to ensure smooth outcomes from both operational and cultural perspectives. Jo has more than 25 years of dental industry experience in both clinical (assisting) and operational capacities. She is an active member of AADOM and the Total Patient Service Institute, organizations dedicated to building teams, practices and the people in them to serve patients with the highest level of patient care.
